The Rajiv Lift Irrigation Project Lift-1(Bheema) – Stage I was developed to lift and distribute water to drought-prone regions in southern Telangana. This Stage 1 development established key hydraulic and structural systems necessary to ensure reliable water delivery for agricultural and regional growth. Varks contributed to the complete civil execution of critical lift components, enabling efficient irrigation flow management.

Execution and construction of:
- •Pump House Complex including approach channel
- •1.7 km Intake Tunnel and Surge Pool
