- •Development of Power Head Race Tunnel (HRT) — approximately 2.62 km in length
- •Excavation and lining of Surge Shaft and Pressure Shaft
- •Construction of Surface Power House and Tail Pool
- •Development of Roads, Bridges, and Auxiliary Buildings for site access and operations
